feat(web): insert pictures as Ghost-style responsive tags with 600 and 1000px renditions

- Added Ability: inserting a picture uploads 600 and 1000px renditions beside it and writes an img with srcset, sizes, width, height and lazy loading
- Improved Function: sizes never asks a slot wider than the picture, so a small one renders at its own size

fix(web): Ghost toggle cards open as accordions, and an entry page stops at 720px on a wide screen

- Fixed Bug: a Ghost toggle card is rebuilt as a closed details with its heading as summary, instead of a dead button over all its content
- Fixed Bug: .fd-record caps at max-width 720px; .msg width 100% overrode its width and spread an article edge to edge
- Fixed Bug: Ghost's !list-none items carry no bullet, so a nested sub-list no longer reads as an empty second bullet
